7. Damaged Package

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

8. Undelivered Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
